Sara, the Founder of Educating The New Humanity and EdLinks LLC, is a consultant, researcher, TED Talk presenter, educator, and author specializing in the area of resilience, combining her experience and expertise in the areas of research, policy, and practice to promote success and equity for all. Sara is a faculty member in the Educational Leadership doctoral program at Southern New Hampshire University.

Lindsey Godwin, Ph.D.

Lindsey is the Robert P. Stiller Endowed Chair of Management at the Robert P. Stiller School of Business. She holds an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where she studied with David Cooperrider and Ron Fry, the thought leaders in Appreciative Inquiry.

d’Alary Dalton is a sports based youth development professional and nonprofit executive with extensive experience in coaching and teaching; research; management; and building programs that improve access for girls and women to be involved in sport.
